PROJECT HAPAG

HAKBANG SA PAG BASA (Hapag Ni Oca) 'Sa Caloocan, walang batang maiiwan' is the city's tagline. The project's goal is to reach out those individuals without formal education to have one. To address this need, each public school in Caloocan offers a lot of reading programs and interventions and one of which is HAPAG. PROJECT HAPAG a.k.a HAKBANG SA PAGBASA ni Oca started last November, 2017.

ROWENA G. BAMBO was the project proponent of this incredible project. The purpose of this is to minimize the number of non-readers in the whole city.
