The Continuous Improvement is a methodology in the process undertaken in the schools and worl situations. It is a methodology to continually assess, analize and act on the performance improvement of key process focusing on both custumer needs and the desired performance. The Ci methodology has three stages namely: Assess, Analize and Act. The asssess stage has four steps. These methodology had been used by Andres Bonifacio Elementarty School in addressing the problem of Grade III teachers which involves the slow reading speed of the Grade III pupils.

                     The Grade III CI project was entitled: Bata ko, mahal KO, Basa Niya, Babantayan Ko. It was started from September 2016 and reached its full implementation in March 2017.

 

                     The ABES CI pRoject involved Mr. Dominador C. Angeles, the principal as the Project owner. Mrs. Irene V. Baniqued, Master Teacher I as the process Observer, Miss Cozeth M. Ayco, the Grade III Chairman as the communications, Mrs. Lorena Magbanua as the scribe, Mrs. Marrianne Pacanor as ICT Support, Mrs. Carina Cordovilla as Documentation  and the rest of the Grade III Teachers excluding Mrs. Rosalinda F. Sabillo who  handled the section one.
